Tinsdills Solicitors have again been awarded membership of The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) which provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. This is the fifth year in which they have been CQS accredited.
Tinsdills Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and offer residential conveyancing in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire including Leek, Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Sandbach.
Andrew Burrows (Residential Conveyancing Solicitor at Tinsdills Solicitors) says, “We are delighted to retain our accredited status under the CQS scheme. It demonstrates our level of credibility within the conveyancing industry amongst regulators, lenders and insurers. We are committed to following best practice and meeting the highest standard of technical expertise. Survey results show that the level of satisfaction amongst our homebuyers and sellers is consistently high and this award reinforces that.”

Since inception in 2011, the CQS has created a trusted community which has helped year on year to deter fraud and continually improve standards across the residential conveyancing sector.
