  • Tinsdills Solicitors support Circus Starr Big Top Spring Tour for another year, this time in Stoke-on-Trent

    Tinsdills Solicitors are pleased to be sponsoring the Circus Starr Big Top Spring Tour which opens in Hanley Park, Stoke on Trent on Saturday 23rd April and tours 27 other UK towns until Thursday 16th June 2016.

    The show boasts a world class troupe of artistes including internationally acclaimed Mexican clown Chico Rico and, new for 2016, the gravity defying El Moussati troupe on the “Wheel of Death”. Back by popular demand the acrobatic high jinks of the Serik brothers on Chinese pole and straps who will have audiences on the edge of their seats. Other highlights include the captivating balance and dexterity of Las Chicas Morales on Rolling Globes and aerial contortionist Romy Bauer performs an enchanting act performed in a suspended giant globe high in the Big Top.

    Now in its 29th year of touring, Circus Starr continues to bring the magic of live circus performances to more than 28,000 vulnerable children and their families. Local businesses in each of the towns on the tour pledge thousands of pounds to fund free tickets that are donated to local children and their families through community groups.

    Circus Starr is a world class, touring circus featuring acrobats, dancers and entertainers from across the globe. It is also an independent, charitable organisation that supports disabled, underprivileged and vulnerable children across the UK through a 75 venue tour held three times a year.

    Circus Starr launched as a Social Enterprise and became a Community Interest Company (CIC) in 2010. Through its unique network of partner charities and local businesses, it provides over £1.3 million worth of free tickets to children, their families and community groups throughout the UK every year.
