Tinsdills Solicitors has yet again been awarded the Investors in People Accreditation. The achievement has come perfectly timed as it coincides with the firm’s preparations to employ a new set of Trainee Solicitors to join the expanding company.
Tinsdills underwent a review process that takes place every 3 years in order to retain their Accreditation. The Investors in People Standard explores ‘practices and outcomes within an organisation…and defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.’
The process involved 25 members of Tinsdills Solicitors across the firm being interviewed as well as having the Business Plan and various policies and procedures scrutinised by the assessor.
Tinsdills Solicitors has been accredited as an Investor in People since 2000, and prides itself on its continuous achievements to retain the standard as one of the leading employers in its field within the local area. Tinsdills believes having the accreditation sets itself apart to stand out and attract new starters to the company.
Tim Cogan, Director says ‘The Investors in People Accreditation is not achieved easily and without the support of everyone involved in the Business, would not be possible. It is something for everyone to be proud of.’
