    Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)

    RSI is a general term used to describe the pain felt in muscles, nerves and tendons caused by repetitive movement, overuse, awkward working postures, insufficient job rotation or insufficient recovery time. The condition mostly affects parts of the upper body, such as the forearm, elbow, wrist, hands, neck and shoulders. The symptoms can vary, but often include pain or tenderness, stiffness, tingling or numbness, or cramp.

    If you develop these symptoms and you think that the problem may be related to your job, you may be entitled to compensation.
