The demands of modern life mean that many people are working longer, but unfortunately many professions have been slow to recognise this.
In particular, the legal industry has probably not adapted as quickly as some, but Tinsdills Solicitors are pleased to say that they are one of those instigating change by expanding its client services team with two new recruits and longer opening hours.
Their client services team will be on hand to assist you from 8 am to 8 pm each weekday and, for the first time, from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. This will come into effect on 26th September. This is further evidence of their commitment to their clients, and comes soon after winning the Excellence in Customer Service Award at East Cheshire Chamber Awards dinner earlier this year.
To add to this, they have expanded their team with two new advisors, Kerry O’Rourke and Kelly Longshaw, who will be on hand to bring about speedy responses to your initial enquires as a new or returning client to Tinsdills. They are welcome assets to their client services team, which already has over 15 years of experience working within Tinsdills covering Personal Injury and Conveyancing enquires.
Rebecca Gwynn, Manager of the Client Services Team said, “We are delighted to welcome both of them and we are sure they will play a major part in the success of this firm, which has a sound reputation gained over many years.”
The extended service means their loyal clients can start the process of getting to the heart of the matter, be it house moves, wills, lasting powers of attorney or personal injury claims, at a time that is more convenient to them.
Tinsdills have always put client care at the top of their agenda, and continue to be the only local firm to publish their client satisfaction surveys on a quarterly basis with their most recent research indicating that 99.56% would consider using their legal services again.
Peter Hamilton, Managing Director at Tinsdills said, “Our clients often call upon us at times of great need. The very best law firms recognise this and put their clients’ needs at the heart of everything they do. We do this at Tinsdills and we are constantly looking at how we can make a positive impact for our clients. As a result, we are delighted to say that the majority of our work comes from existing clients and recommendations.”
