Corporate solicitor Caroline Gray has joined our Business Services Unit at our head office at Hanley, joining the current team dealing with all company law and corporate issues.

Caroline has expertise in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and can offer advice regarding company law matters including reorganisations, shareholder and partnership agreements, business terms and conditions of service or sale and business contractual issues, as well as queries in respect of intellectual property.

A local girl, Caroline has gained experience acting for nationally recognised brand names in the corporate law area both in Manchester and Stoke on Trent.
